DON'T FORGET THE SABBATH

It's was the last sabbath of the last quarter for the year 2008.
We initially didn't have any plans to go for church service as
our plan for this morning was to 'see' Andrew's friend harvest his fish pond.
As he mentioned the time was around ten that morning , we figured out that we still could attend service prior to that.
After making few phone calls, we were able to locate the church whereabout. Actually it was just right across the place where we were staying. We didn't know what time service was but oviously we were too early as there were no one in sight though the church was wide open by then.We therefore proceed to have breakfast in town.
This was the first church where I had to leave my slippers ( ha ha... yeah newly aquired) outside the entrance. I practicully understood why this 'rule' has to be applied.
Without shoes and tiles flooring... it was cold!
A few other visitors from other churches were there too. Amongs them were two of Atlas's students from Labuan. He was given the privilege to give the sermons of the day.
Andrew came for us soon after service and brought us to his friend's house where
we did managed to see the final eposode of the fish harvesting.
We had lunch there before going back around three in the afternoon.

A wonderful view of a padi field just a fence across the church

That is part of the pakage when domastic animals roam amongs us

Wine anyone?

Alma with her tajaus....

The victims.....

The 'fuss' was a sole ripe guave that was hidden amongs the ants' nest

The 'finale'.... Lydia and Alley slipped and felt on mud puddles when we were heading home. They had to be 'washed' in the stream nearby.
