Thursday the 13th

Today I beat the morning alarm by more than half an hour. It was just after five that I woke up.
Before Lydia was off to school, I had done what need to be done on the front portion yard.
As soon as Lydia left, I left for the backyard portion.
Locked the front gate so that nobody would come in without my knowledge.

Finish early since I started early.

Ate early lunch of what's left of yesterday's fried rice.
I was ready by one thirty to get the kittens's neutering appointments.
Posting on fb took ten minutes, forgetting my lipstick in the house took another five. It was already 2.20pm by the time I reached the vet's clinic. I was number 5.

Waiting took like forever . I got in with the five kittens ( Flourry, Parsley, Potato, Tomato and Marshmellow) All they did ( which I had already known)  was write the kittens names on their individual card , weight them and noted the appointment date.

International Women's Day 2014

Celebrated by women's rights activists across the world annually on 8 March, International Women's Day (IWD) has been marked by the UN since 1975.

I don't feel like I need to write much more than this to explain why we women are celebrating today.

International Women's Day 2014 Theme: INSPIRING CHANGE

Women's equality has made positive gains but the world is still unequal. International Women's Day celebrates the social, political and economic achievements of women while focusing world attention on areas requiring further action.
Inspiring Change is the 2014 theme for our internationalwomensday.com global hub and encourages advocacy for women's advancement everywhere in every way. It calls for challenging the status quo for women's equality and vigilance inspiring positive change.
The vast array of communication channels, supportive spokespeople, equality research, campaigns and corporate responsibility initiatives means everyone can be an advocate inspiring change for women's advancement.
Each year International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8. The first International Women's Day was held in 1911. Thousands of events occur to mark the economic, political and social achievements of women. Organisations, governments, charities, educational institutions, women's groups, corporations and the media celebrate the day.
Some groups select their own International Women's Day theme, specific to their local context. For example, the European Parliament's 2013 theme was "Women's response to the crisis" and their 2012 theme "Equal pay for work of equal value".
The United Nations declares an annual theme:
- 2013: A promise is a promise: Time for action to end violence against women
- 2012: Empower Rural Women – End Hunger and Poverty
- 2011: Equal access to education, training and science and technology
- 2010: Equal rights, equal opportunities: Progress for all

Remembering today

Did not go back inbed when I woke up to the sound of the alarm.
Went out for early morning gardening.
- cut all the yellow kunyit like plants that was towering the front gate
- did a little pruning of the potted plants outside of the gate.

was almost eight when Jeff woke and we presuit to do with the animals needs.
-sprayed BajaHaiwan on all the cats
-applied ointment to the cats with mange ears

We did a little clearing of weeds to the back compound. Was not dressed to go into the bushes so we did not totally clean the place up.

By ten all was done.
-power nap was disturbed so I ended up playing my game on my hp

Already one plus when I went out to cook lunch. Waiting for Lydia so that we could eat while the dishes was still warm. Unfortunately the smell got the best of me and Jeff that we were already halfway eating when Lydia finally came home.

Watched a movie on Diva Channel 702.. One person Honeymoon ( I think)
nice storyline but too good to be true in reality.

Was already five when I went outside to repot my 'bonsai'
Found them to be overwatered. Aaarrrrr dangerous!!!!
Rearranged their position after repotting so that they get the full benefits of the sun

Almost seven was the time we went out to do the animals second round of feeding and cleaning

Andrew came home around eight thirty.
Not going out for late supper since he is on puasa mode for his blood test tomorrow.

slept after twelve - was on whatsup with Yona on subject relating to her resume to enter  u
