CHRISTMAS DINNER

We had an early dinner on christmas day since we had an early lunch today.
Nothing special or fancy but nothing less than good food.
This is the first time for everyone here to spend christmas in Keningau.
Just the closest of family members...infact just the most important 'people' in my life. My dad, mom, my brother Atlas, Andrew and my girls (minus Tisha who stayed in the room as she said she was really 'full')
Atlas rendered a very meaningful prayer touching on family's love and unity prior to the dinner.
Half way through thou, Andrew got the 'attack' and rushed back to the hotel to do his 'business'. We continue 'checking out' the town before going back to the room to 'clear' the durians that we managed to smuggled in earlier.
We were really full but had to as the air around was starting to smell durians.

The dinner set comprised of two talapiah (was still swimming when we came in the shop) one steamed and the other fried. Steam chicken, the ever favourite kang kong and a sweet sour ham choy fish head soup.

The 'cleaning' man

Lydia was still feeling under the weather and didn't have the appetite to eat much.

This is what's left... the chicken was also 'tapau' for Tisha

Getting rid of the 'bad' smell
