In the begining...... its all this. Bought from the 'interior' somwhere along the route from Sandakan to Tongod. They must be some 'different' wind with Andrew today as he would normally ignore such 'raw' food. Over the years, It would be something already bottled up ready to eat end product. The picture shows only part of the 'mountain' that I had to deal with.

Walah..... the end product (which I used to buy at RM70/kg). Good with either cold or hot rice, with or without any other dish. You'll need to either stir fried it for a 'eat it now' meal ( onions,ikan bilis, dried prawns recommended) or just add salt to fermintate it for a later use.
